role for a proactive professional who can step in as needed to build, troubleshoot, and improve our use of GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise
Adjust and tailor workflows to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate with our team to understand workflow requirements and implement solutions
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and results
Requirements
Proven experience with GoHighLevel

Strong understanding of CRM systems
Ability to adjust workflows based on business needs
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to ad hoc tasks
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with small businesses or in the childcare/education sector
Familiarity with email and SMS campaign best practices
Understanding of basic compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
