Job Summary:



The Paid Search Analyst will be working with like-minded analysts to define and deliver the paid search activity

You will be responsible for supporting our Paid Media Manager in delivering performance for an exciting global travel client, dynamically planning, executing, and delivering paid search activity across their campaigns

You'll work across an exciting range of Google and Bing products

You will support in identifying and developing client strategies to increase effectiveness and improve ROI

You'll work closely with our account teams to produce insightful reports to showcase performance and support the delivery of client presentations

You are a problem solver, motivated to succeed and driven by results, hitting the collective goals of the agency as well as your objectives

You are a team player working collaboratively with other colleagues in both paid media and the other media departments to ensure the smooth running of the company and that delivery is of the highest standard

The Role



We are looking for talented and motivated PPC executives to join our dynamic and incredible marketing team in Leeds.

As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for building, managing and optimising our Pay Per Click advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

You will be working closely with the PPC team and the wider digital teams within the business, collaborating to deliver great results for our portfolio of global clients

Role in detail:

Campaign Management



- Developing, implementing and managing effective PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Conducting in depth keyword research and analysing to identify high multiple performing keywords.

- Creating high-intent ad copy which is related to the company to gain high level of ad strengths.

- Set up and optimise campaign structures, which include ad groups, bidding strategies, target options plus more.

Performance Optimisations



- Monitor campaign performance metrics closely such as clicks, impressions, CTR Auction Insights ROAS, ROI, Impressions Share etc.

- Continuously analysing campaign data to identify areas for improvement.

- Make Data Driven adjustments to bidding strategies, ad copy and landing pages to maximise ROI.

- Creating A/B testing and trying out new Beta testing to help improve conversion rates.

Budget Management



- Managing and allocating PPC budgets effectively (pacing)

- Track and report on campaign / account spends to identify which ones are profitable and what we need to do to gain more exposure afterwards

Reporting



- Generating regular performance reports, including key metrics and insights

- Analysing campaign data to identify trends and opportunities

- Presenting findings and recommendations to the clients, teams and stakeholders

Strategy



- Keep up to date with industry trends, PPC best practices and platform updates.

- Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and skills.

The person:



- Be dynamic and agile in your approach to work.

- Able to support the team in a positive way

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns - preferably 18 months or more of experience

- Experience managing annual budgets of at least 1m per client.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Excellent time management/organisation skills

- Good knowledge of Bid management technology

- Good knowledge of keyword research and ad targeting

- Expert knowledge of Google Ads & Google Analytics

- SA360 and Campaign Manager is a bonus

- Strong interpersonal skills to work within a rapidly growing and ever-changing business

- Proactive and anticipatory - leading rather than reacting

- Have a good understanding of technology and the ability to evaluate new tools and processes

- A proven track record of operational delivery

- A keen eye for details and quality assurance

- A passion to learn as much as possible in the Paid Search industry

- Possess a technical understanding of all things Search and be able to articulate its role

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
