As our Accounts Golf Manager, you will be responsible for...

Merchandising shop displays and submitting offers for retail, green fees, societies and more.

Developing campaigns, marketing and promotions.

Actively promoting and developing all aspects of golf, driving memberships and maximising course usage and profitability, working alongside the Greenkeeping team.

Create a development & growth plan for the department, including the development and motivation of the team.

Renewing and upselling memberships across the department, taking responsibility to ensure these are processed correctly.

A little more information:

By joining us as our Golf Manager, you will become part of our friendly hotel team. This role would be ideally suited to you if you want to work in a busy environment with a great team. The role will be for 40 hours per week to include weekends as per the business requirements.

This role is a hotel Head of Department role, and will, therefore include some aspects of supporting other departments and fulfilling hotel duty manager shifts as required. No previous hotel experience is necessary, but an understanding of a hotel environment would be beneficial.

This is a highly developmental role, with the opportunity to influence and direct the golf operation consisting of two courses. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to drive the business forward.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; a team player

Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated

You must also play golf to a good level and have a good understanding of the game and associated rules.
