Golf Professional

Your Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Academy Programmes

Deliver

engaging one-to-one and group lessons

that inspire golfers at every level -- from complete beginners to low handicappers. Lead and support

junior, beginner, and academy programmes

that nurture new talent and grow participation in the game. Promote and deliver

academy memberships, custom fittings, and coaching packages

to maximise engagement and results. Provide

swing analysis, equipment advice, and tailored coaching plans

to help every player reach their goals. Be an ambassador for learning and improvement -- on the range, in the shop, and across the club.

Golf Operations

Working in the Pro Shop to create a

warm, professional welcome

for every member and guest -- you're often their first and most memorable interaction. Support the

Pro Shop team

with arriving bookings, tee management, upselling or retail items and day-to-day operations. Maintain an expert knowledge of

equipment, apparel, and accessories

to confidently recommend products and solutions. Keep the shop looking fantastic -- assisting with

merchandising, stock management, and retail presentation

. Complete

custom fittings and club repairs

, ensuring players get the most from their equipment. Help maintain

buggies and trolleys

, keeping everything in top condition for our golfers. Always uphold

Health & Safety

, company policies, and a professional standard of dress and conduct. Be an active part of a
