Summary

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our golf retail location, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers, managing merchandise, and supporting our marketing efforts to promote the sport of golf.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly manner. Manage and organize golf merchandise on the shop floor. Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement and promotional activities. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism. Assist in stock management and inventory control. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Friendly attitude with a confident approach to customer service. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of golf or interest in learning about golf products is advantageous.
