.Role Overview
As a
Forklift Operator
, you will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation, safe storage, and efficient dispatch of materials. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.Key Responsibilities
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach) Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against paperwork Move stock to appropriate storage areas or loading bays Complete warehouse paperwork and update inventory systems accurately Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Work closely with warehouse Managers to coordinate logistics and daily tasks
Requirements
Valid Forklift License
(Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) - Essential*Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting Knowledge of both goods-in and goods-out procedures Experience with export packing/logistics - desirable but not essential*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good teamwork and communication skills Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1.00 per year
