We are currently looking for a Goods In Line Lead to join our Warehouse & Distribution team.

Annual salary of 27,885 + up to a 5% Monthly Bonus after successful completion of probation. No weekend shifts (who doesn't love that!). Each day, you'll be responsible for:

Goods Receipt & Stock Handling

Oversee the receiving of goods from suppliers, ensuring accuracy in stock quantities and quality. Manage the transfer of stock from manufacturing to warehouse, ensuring items are stored in the correct locations. Ensure all stock is correctly scanned, identified, and located using our inventory system

Stock Control & Storage

Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed. Organise and manage warehouse storage locations efficiently. Support racking inspections and ensure safe storage of all goods. Support in regular stock takes and report any issues.

Returns & Documentation

Oversee returns processing, ensuring defective or incorrect goods are handled correctly. Complete and verify all booking-in paperwork, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Liaise with the Quality and Procurement teams to report stock discrepancies.

Equipment & Compliance

Operate counterbalance and reach trucks for unloading, stock movement, and storage. Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately in the warehouse system. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety protocols.
About you:

You will be an organised, friendly, and outgoing person Experience in a

Goods In / Warehouse Team Lead

role Strong knowledge of

Stock control, scanning systems, and warehouse storage

Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence

- essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage stock transfers effectively. Ability to lead and support a small team in a fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for a hardworking individual in an ever-growing team.
