Goods In Quality Controller
to join our team and play a key role in ensuring quality standards are maintained on all incoming goods.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect all incoming goods, raw materials, and components against quality specifications.
Responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes.
Record and report non-conformances or discrepancies found during inspection.
Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and reports.
Label and quarantine non-conforming items appropriately.
Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and quality teams.
Job Accountabilities:
Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
Carry out product inspections to meet customer standard
Encourage cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions are in place
Focus on compliance in order to make sure that products meet the required specifications
Engage in internal audits in a professional manner
Ensure measuring equipment is functioning properly and within calibration requirements
Help to check and update quality control procedures and templates as required
Proactive in ensuring the integrity of the food safety and food quality system are maintained
Responsible for reporting and taking necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC and warehouse departments.
