to join our growing, dynamic digital marketing agency.

Please note: you MUST have experience planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google. This is a hybrid role and you must be able to commute to Ormskirk a couple of times per month.

, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid search campaigns on Google. This is an exciting opportunity to work with various clients, delivering effective campaigns and achieving outstanding results in the ever-evolving world of paid social media advertising.

We have a diverse range of clients, from Michelin Star restaurants through to global manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities:



Paid Search Campaign Management: Take ownership of managing and optimising

paid

search campaigns for multiple clients on Google, monitoring, and optimising campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs. Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization. Utilise platform analytics and reporting tools to track performance, audience engagement, and conversions. Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target relevant audience segments on each platform. Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness. Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Optimise ad visuals, headlines, and descriptions to improve click-through rates and conversions. Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment. Adjust budgets based on campaign performance and client objectives. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for paid search campaign-related inquiries. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy recommendations, and address any concerns or questions. Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop paid search campaign strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Conduct competitive analysis, identify industry trends, and implement best practices to drive campaign success. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Deliver reports to clients on a regular basis, providing clear and concise explanations of performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience managing

paid search campaigns

on Google. Proficient in using platform analytics and reporting tools to track and analyse campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversions. Strong understanding of audience targeting strategies and ability to develop effective audience segments for each platform. Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with the creative team in developing engaging ad copy and visual assets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Bonus: Experience with other paid media platforms, such as Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft & TikTok is a plus.

Must be UK based.
