Job Summary

INHAF LTD is launching a new training program, hence, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Tutor/Trainer

. This programme is designed for learners with little to no prior experience, preparing them for certification exams such as CGRC (ISC2), CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead implementer.

You'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of risk and compliance professionals, helping them develop both theoretical understanding and hands-on audit skills aligned to frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions Guide learners through practical activities, group work, case studies, and reflective tasks Support learners in understanding compliance frameworks, audit methodology, and risk reporting Provide formative feedback on assessments, projects, and reflective logs Monitor learner progress and provide support via email or LMS Contribute to live project simulation weeks and final presentations Stay up to date with current GRC trends, including AI, cloud compliance, and UK regulatory shifts

Requirements

Proven experience in GRC, internal audit, information security, or risk management Strong knowledge of at least two frameworks:

NIST CSF

,

ISO/IEC 27001

,

PCI DSS

, or

CIS Controls

Experience with compliance reporting, control testing, and audit readiness Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CGRC, ISO Lead Implementer, CRISC) (desirable) Teaching, training, or mentoring experience -- formal or informal Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply Familiarity with learning platforms, Zoom/Teams, and digital whiteboarding tools Exposure to AI governance, ISO 42001, or UK AI policy is a plus Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating learners. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in approach based on learners needs. Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are preferred.

Pay: 24,420.00-40,145.50 per year
