Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computerised systems.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain schedules by booking appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Support other administrative staff with various office tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a clinical setting such as GP/Dental Practice.
Administrative experience is essential.
Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A professional appearance and demeanour are essential for this role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
