Providing a warm, professional, and empathetic first point of contact for patients--both in person and over the phone
Managing appointment bookings, prescriptions, and patient enquiries efficiently
Accurately maintaining patient records and handling confidential information with care
Using multiple IT systems simultaneously to support clinical and administrative processes
Working collaboratively as part of a team, while also being confident to work independently when required
Supporting the wider practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Essential Requirements
Ability to work the required hours (16 per week over 3 days, shift pattern TBC)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Successful completion of a
