We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Duties
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation review.
Handle patient inquiries regarding care plans, insurance, and medical services.
Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and maintaining office organization.
Skills
Proficient in medical terminology and documentation review.
Experience with medical collection processes and patient service skills.
Familiarity with EHR systems and health information management practices.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for improved patient communication.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
