Job Description
Bolton College is seeking a dependable, conscientious, and enthusiastic individual to lead the daily operations of its Grab & Go food outlet. In this fast-paced and learner-focused environment, you'll oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. As the team lead, you'll also supervise and mentor learners working within the service area--promoting positive engagement, upholding college standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors alike.
Ideally, you will have:
Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations qualification (e.g., Food Safety Level) L2 Maths qualifications (GCSE Grade 4 or Functional Skills at Level 2 and above) Evidence of job-related experience (please see the personal specification) Commitment and drive to deliver an excellent customer experience Knowledge of IT and office suites e.g., Word.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Product production and availability for customers Maintaining exemplary standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Supervise learners working within the outlet Delivering an exceptional customer experience
