Grade 2 Logistics Operative (4 On/4 Off, 06:00-18:00)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive

Grade 2 Logistics Operative

to join our Despatch team. This hands-on role will see you operate materials handling equipment (MHE) to move, stack, and count products, while accurately picking and preparing customer orders for nationwide dispatch. You'll support inventory counts, complete all required paperwork, and assist with material movements to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate MHE safely and efficiently to move goods within the Despatch area. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for nationwide dispatch. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with stock movements and support regular inventory counts. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets. Maintain compliance with safety policies and GMP standards at all times.

About You:

Polite, confident, and professional when dealing with colleagues, visitors, and customers. Positive, proactive, and respectful in your approach to work. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment. Able to work effectively as part of a team, while also using initiative independently.

Skills & Experience Required:

Valid FLT Licence (essential). Previous experience operating MHE in a warehouse or logistics environment. Knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beneficial but not essential. Strong focus on safety and adherence to GMP standards. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
