The Opportunity
You'll support senior surveyors on a range of projects while developing your core surveying skills. From day one, you'll be client-facing, contributing to real decisions and seeing the impact of your work. You'll assist with:
Assist in delivering core building surveying services including surveys, defect diagnosis, contract administration and design.
Support with Party Wall matters and project management tasks.
Work closely with senior team members and contribute to live projects from day one.
Engage with clients and stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner.
Participate in continual learning and development as part of your APC journey.

Passionate about supporting our purpose and naturally aligning with our core values.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Working towards or recently completed a RICS-accredited BSc or MSc in Building Surveying.
Competent in Microsoft Office (essential); experience with AutoCAD or Revit is desirable.
Full UK driving licence and own car
