Graduate Business Support Manager - 2026 - London

Working as part of our Facilities Management (FM) team, potentially working in healthcare, defence and commercial sectors, we are now looking for enthusiastic Graduate Business Support Managers to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future with purpose and innovation.

What you'll do:



Build and maintain successful relationships with our supply chain partners and clients. Actively champion a safe and stable environment to deliver an Injury Free project, ensuring project compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) 1974. Monitor project performance against contract requirements, including agreed KPIs (key performance indicators) and SLA's (service level agreements). Provide regular reporting on progress metrics, key activities and expenditure against budget. Assist with collating data and records for supply chain performance meetings, contract tender and renewal process, along with contractual exercises such as Benchmarking Support the senior management team in attending strategic and other key client or internal meetings. Work with the Commercial Manager to develop understanding of risk, forecasting and budget setting. Work with Finance to understand the monthly figures, and how we can take steps to prevent losses and maximise profitability on a contract. Support internal, external, client and supply chain auditing and close out of actions

What you'll bring to the role:



Studying towards (final year) or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a Business, Construction, or STEM related subject. Other disciplines will be considered, provided you can demonstrate a strong interest in Facilities Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment Ambition and drive to progress to a leadership role High level of numerical aptitude An active problem solver Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, often working to tight deadlines Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook An interest in the sectors in which we operate would be beneficial
