The
Graduate Customer Service Associate
will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering prompt, empathetic, and effective support.
Handling a wide range of enquiries through internal systems, calls and emails, ensuring service failures are managed and customers are updated.
Working collaboratively with colleagues such as drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver excellent service
Evaluating the current process to support improvement planning
Providing accurate tracking updates and estimated delivery times.
Handling customer enquiries about orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Investigating delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments, coordinating with transport partners to find solutions.
As a
Graduate Customer Service Associate,
you will need:
Strong
communication skills
(verbal and written) to deal with clients and internal teams.
Problem-solving ability
to handle delivery issues.
High level of
organisation and attention to detail
for managing orders and documentation.
Ability to
multitask and prioritise
in a fast-paced environment.
Good
IT skills
, including logistics tracking software and Microsoft Office.
