We are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Insight Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong academic background in data, analytics, or a related field, who is eager to apply their skills in a real-world business context and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making in our organisation.



As a business in the early stages of data maturity, you will be instrumental in performing advanced analytics and laying the foundation for broader AI, machine learning, and data science capabilities in the future. From day one, you'll be working on meaningful projects such as forecasting, segmentation, pricing, and optimisation, helping us drive value from our data assets.



This role is looking to begin as soon as possible (latest August)

We are looking for someone who has studied a degree in financial mathematics, statistics, data science, data analytics or any subjects with a strong focus on analytics You must be excellent with analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Jupyter, Python or R Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

So, we look for people who...

Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve problems using data. Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. Eagerness to learn and develop both technical and commercial acumen. A self-starter with a desire to contribute to the evolution of a modern data function.


About the day to day...

Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics techniques including forecasting, clustering, and pricing analysis. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the business. Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, visualisation, and presentations. Collaborate with the wider data team to support the creation of a lab environment for advanced analytics and data science. Keep up to date with emerging trends in analytics, AI, and ML, and suggest ways to embed these into our approach over time. Support the cultural shift towards data-informed decision-making by demonstrating the value of analytical approaches. Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and analytical standards.
