Sustainable Aviation Futures organise the world's leading series of congresses and training courses helping to scale sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and achieve aviation decarbonisation. We bring together stakeholders from across the aviation and energy sectors to meet project partners, do business and achieve ambitious aviation industry goals.
Sustainable Aviation Futures is looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to secure congress attendees and drive the sales effort for our portfolio of B2B conferences and training courses, selling attendance to our market leading events - the product is a high fee, high commitment proposition, targeted at senior level industry stakeholders.
The candidate will be expected to cover new inbound marketing leads, account manage past delegates, generate their own leads and work from researched lists. And the reward is an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, global travel to our events and become a member of a collaborative team in the heart of London.
Key responsibilities will include:
Pitching prospects over the phone and Teams and matching their objectives with the features and benefits provided by our courses and events
Following up on inbound leads and enquiries and convert to sales
Identifying and account managing past buyers and key customers
Contacting individuals from researched and prospect lists and convert to sales
Researching new contacts and sales leads from the database and from raw research of your own, and converting to sales
Building, operating and maintaining a sales database, working with colleagues in other teams
Working directly with the marketing team to generate new sales leads from marketing
Report key information and performance to Management
Continually hit KPIs of 70-80 calls a day/2 hours talk time per day

Computer literate
Desirable (but not essential) skills:
Minimum 6 months B2B sales experience in conferences and events
Proven and successful record working in sales
Good understanding of the sales process and sales techniques
Confident when selling to senior-level business people globally
Good IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Google
Experience of, and a basic understanding of sales and CRM databases
Experience using Salesforce
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: 25,000.00-45,000.00 per year
