The Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is a market-leading, constantly expanding, recruitment consultancy based in Brighton. We have a turnover of over 4 million and specialise in placing graduates into roles across a range of industries. Founded in 1996, we employ over 40 people in our Brighton office.
We are now looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Recruitment Solutions team. Established in the beginning of 2017 to meet the demand of our existing clients, this team's role within the GRB is to provide innovative and creative solutions to support our clients' internal recruitment teams with any issues or challenges faced in recruiting early talent. The solutions we offer vary depending on the challenges the client faces and can range from fully outsourced recruitment processes (RPO) to innovative projects examining recruitment strategies, online advertising & attraction, and tackling industry challenges. We essentially function as an extension to our clients' internal recruitment teams.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery or high-volume recruitment campaigns for our clients. This is a fast-paced, varied role that will give you broad exposure to project delivery, client management, and candidate engagement from day one.
