Some Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and compliance
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure safeguarding checks are completed (DBS, references, right to work, qualifications)
Ensure the Single Central Register is compliant and up to date
Support monthly payroll processes by ensuring accurate data flow

Degree educated and English, Maths, Science level 2 or above
