Position Overview: Future Leaders Trainee Programme
Our Future Leaders Trainee Programme is designed to fast-track talented individuals with leadership potential, preparing them for future management roles within our ambitious international business.
Starting in January 2026, this 18-month rotational programme offers hands-on experience and development across a wide range of manufacturing functions, including:

• Production
• Technical/Maintenance
• Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
• Quality
• Human Resources
• Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean)
• Finance
• Customer Fulfilment
• Sustainability

You will receive tailored mentoring and coaching to help you grow into a confident, capable leader.
Key responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling all requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the programme
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
• Taking detailed notes and updating training logbook and liaising with Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staff
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
• Preparing documents and updating records
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as require

What are we looking for?

• You need to have graduated in the last 3 years and have UK citizenship or EU settled status - we are very sorry, but as this position is eligible to become a permanent one after program completion, we cannot offer sponsorship to candidates without permanent residency status
• Excellent communication written and verbal skills including proficiency in MS Office
• Teamwork; ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-functional teams
• Superb attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently Willingness to take responsibility and initiative Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
• Fast learner and oriented to self-development: curiosity to learn and create new way of building and/or improving systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
• Proven track record of working in a high output manufacturing facility
• Fundamental knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies
