Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Marketing Assistant to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in a range of marketing subjects. The Graduate Assistant will assist with various tasks, including web design and development, marketing operations, paid ads, data analysis, and project management, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Duties

Help manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows. Assist in managing and maintaining CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Collaborate on marketing operations projects such as process design, integrations management, and data management. Support web design and development tasks, primarily using WordPress. Assist in creating, optimizing, and distributing content marketing initiatives. Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content updates, and performance tracking. Contribute to social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Participate in planning and executing search and affiliate advertising campaigns. Provide basic graphic design support. Assist with reporting on marketing performance metrics and analytics. Support lead generation, demand generation activities, and lead management processes. Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on assigned projects.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant graduate programme - Digital Marketing, Marketing, or similar discipline, OR Qualifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or similar discipline. Basic understanding and interest in content marketing, SEO, WordPress CMS, email marketing, social media, HTML/CSS, digital advertising, graphic design, CRM/database management, marketing operations, web development, and lead management. Willingness to learn and grow in a digital marketing environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
