Marketing Assistant

Role Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts and ensuring our online presence is engaging, up-to-date, and performance-driven. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help manage the website, coordinate occasional email and social media activity, and assist with various marketing admin tasks.
You'll also have the opportunity to grow and develop in areas such as SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management and updates to the company website (e.g., updating content, product listings, imagery, and blogs)
Assist in the planning and scheduling of email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar
Support occasional social media activity including content scheduling and basic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
Perform basic marketing admin duties such as updating spreadsheets, pulling reports, and website amends
Collaborate on the creation of written content such as blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages
Learn and contribute to SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building
Support the implementation of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) under guidance
Help analyse marketing performance data and draw insights for improvement
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Creative flair and an interest in content and digital design
Willingness to learn and grow across multiple marketing disciplines
A can-do attitude with the want to learn and grow with a face-pace digital marketing environment.
Basic familiarity with websites and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus
Interest in the fire and security sector is a plus
