As the organisation continues to grow, the
Production Department
plays a key role in keeping operations efficient, organised and running to a consistently high standard. With more sites, more events and expanding provision, we are now looking for a
Graduate Production Assistant
to join our dynamic, supportive team.
Role Overview & Purpose
This graduate role is perfect for a
2024 or 2025 university graduate
looking to begin their career in operations, logistics, facilities or event support.
Working closely with the Production Managers, you will support the day-to-day organisation and coordination of our programmes, equipment, facilities and events. This is a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role -- ideal for someone who is methodical, organised, proactive and eager to learn.
You'll gain broad experience across operations, logistics, events and production, with structured development and training provided.

No two days are the same. You'll support the team in planning events, coordinating resources, preparing equipment and contributing to wider operational projects. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Operational & Production Support
Assist the Production Managers in planning, scheduling and coordinating activities across all provisions and events
Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across programmes
Prepare and update schedules, task lists and operational resources
Equipment, Stock & Logistics
Assist with sourcing, ordering and organising equipment and supplies
Pack, distribute, track and retrieve equipment for clubs, camps and events
Maintain accurate stock records and inventories
Administrative Support
Support with documentation, reports, spreadsheets, presentations and planning tools
Keep internal systems and departmental records up to date
Assist communication between internal teams and delivery staff
On-Site Support
Attend selected events, operational set-ups and promotional days to support the Production Managers
Provide practical, hands-on support as part of the wider operational team

Experience & Requirements

2024 or 2025 graduate
(any discipline welcome)
Strong IT skills -- PowerPoint, Excel and Word are essential
Excellent time-management and organisational skills

full driving licence
(required due to equipment logistics)
An interest in sport, children's activities, events or operations is a bonus but not essential
