Production Assistant

to join our friendly Operations Team and help us continue delivering beautiful, handmade products to customers around the world.

The Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our production process -- supporting the manufacturing and preparation of our tapestry kits and wool range. You'll work closely with the Line Manager and Sales Team to keep things running smoothly and ensure that every item leaving our workshop meets our high standards of quality and care.

What You'll Be Doing

Checking and processing incoming deliveries, ensuring goods are correct and in perfect condition. Assisting with regular stock takes and maintaining an organised, well-labelled stockroom. Managing inventory levels and reporting stock information to management. Helping with the quality checking and packing of wool orders. Supporting the manufacturing and assembly of products ready for retail.

What We're Looking For

A good general education and a positive, proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and pride in completing tasks to a high standard. Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Basic IT knowledge (training will be provided). A genuine passion for the Elizabeth Bradley brand, its craftsmanship, and its values.
