THE ROLE:
As a Graduate Production Engineer, you'll get hands-on experience from day one. Working alongside experienced staff, you'll be involved in the build, inspection, and commissioning of large-scale manufacturing equipment.
You'll learn core skills in mechanical assembly, quality inspection, and machine setup while developing a strong understanding of production processes and cross-functional teamwork.
This role is ideal for a recent mechanical engineering graduate who's keen to get stuck in, learn on the job, and work toward a future in supervisory or leadership roles.
Reporting to Manufacturing Manager
WORKING HOURS:
40 Hours per Week
Mon to Thurs - 07:45 to 17:00
Fri - 07:30 to 12:30
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble mechanical systems and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform testing, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical systems.
Support the installation of systems and equipment at customer sites worldwide.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prioritise tasks and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of the build and installation process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
M.Eng / B.Eng Mechanical or Aerospace degree qualification preferred.
HNC / HND with additional experience.
