As a

Graduate Project Coordinator

, you will support the delivery of projects for a

major automotive client

. Working as part of a client-facing consulting team, you will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking performance, and ensuring project objectives are met in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

This role is ideal for graduates looking to start a career in project coordination, PMO, or consulting, with hands-on exposure to large-scale automotive projects.###

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities with client and internal teams Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and actions Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations Support cost tracking, change control, and project documentation Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders Ensure project data is accurate and up to date across PM tools

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Strong organisational and time-management skills Interest in project coordination, PMO, or consulting environments Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, client-facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
