We're looking for a
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
to join their growing commercial team based inOxfordshire
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or junior QS to work across a diverse range of development and refurbishment projects -- gaining hands-on experience while being mentored by an experienced and passionate team.You'll play a key role in supporting the cost and contract management of projects, from feasibility through to final account, and will develop your skills across procurement, valuations, site visits and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (essential) Strong interest in property development, cost management, and construction Excellent communication and numerical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn Full UK driving licence (preferred)
