With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support and learn the execution of our Capital Works Northern Ireland contracts.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will support the Lead QS in the delivery of the cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting for several sites within the quality standards, agreed budget, cost and time.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring cash flow forecast for designated projects.

Assist in preparing monthly management reports

Prepare and submit applications for payment to the Client

Assist in the control of contract budgets.

Assist in sub-contractor management

Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary

Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Ideally have Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or in other related disciplines. Applicants with HND/HNC or strong construction related experience will also be considered for the role

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-motivated and confident

Able to show initiative and act proactively

Flexible and adaptable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Candidate must be in possession of a full UK driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,500.00-27,000.00 per year
