Job Description

This role is designed for someone ambitious, personable, and ready to learn. You'll receive tailored training and mentorship to help you understand the fundamentals of sales and client engagement. As you grow in confidence, you'll take on more responsibility -- from leading sales conversations to supporting with larger campaigns and even managing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities



Learn and apply the basics of sales outreach, lead generation, and client engagement Support the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients across our sectors Assist with creating pitch materials and preparing for client meetings Attend events and meetings to build relationships and understand client needs Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress in our CRM system Participate in weekly development sessions and training with senior mentors Progress into taking ownership of your own accounts and supporting campaign delivery Work towards long-term career goals in sales management, client services, or event coordination.

What We're Looking For



A recent graduate with a keen interest in sales, events, or business development Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal A self-starter who's eager to learn and take initiative Resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about building a career Organised with good time management and attention to detail Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved Experience in customer-facing roles or team projects (desirable, but not essential)
