The Student Achievement Services team play a key role in supporting students to thrive throughout their university journey. We design and deliver initiatives that boost student retention, academic success, and graduate outcomes--through tailored support, transition activities, outreach campaigns, and events. As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, you'll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment to support our students. We are looking for (an) enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Student Achievement Assistant(s) to join our team.


If you join us, you will gain hands-on experience in student facing role, developing your professional skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. You will be part of a team that values your voice and ideas and you will get the chance to make a real impact on the student experience.

About you:




We are looking for a recent graduate who must have obtained their undergraduate degree within the last two years. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, will be approachable, empathetic and a good listener. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a student support or customer-facing role (paid or voluntary) is a plus!
