Graduate Surveyor


Are you looking to get into Surveying? We have have an exciting opportunity to join our Bristol office as a graduate surveyor.


Our graduate programme offers a defined pathway for success in the built environment as a Graduate Surveyor, complete with support for RICS accredited master's degrees and the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You'll be joining a Top 150 Consultant with national presence and given the opportunity to grow your experience in multiple sectors and disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS

JOB SUMMARY




As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be supporting our team in delivering our contract scope of services across both Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor roles. You will get the chance to work across leading local developments, across a variety of construction sectors, which truly impact communities in a positive way. This role is a great entry-level opportunity into the property and construction industry and wider consultancy service, and you will be joining a dynamic, growing company with significant opportunities for career progression. No two days will be the same for our Assistant Surveyors, but your general responsibilities will include:


Producing contract certifications Assisting with project reporting Chairing meetings Take ownership of specific workstreams within projects

As you develop through the programme, you can expect to:


Lead day-to-day activities on specific workstreams within projects Become a reliable point of contact for clients on projects Undertake valuations and prepare reporting contract administration documents Understand key project risk items and be able to communicate these to a client Rund Partnership Limited is committed to promoting equality and diversity and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons.
