With decades of industry expertise, we are committed to quality, energy efficiency, and customer-focused service. We are now looking for a motivated graduate to join our growing RMI channel team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in account management within a technical, fast-moving industry. As a Graduate Desk-Based Account Manager, you will support and grow relationships with customers in the RMI channel ensuring they receive exceptional service, technical product support, and guidance on Airflow's product range.

There's no cold calling in this role. All of your calls will be to existing customers or warm leads. You'll be tasked with ensuring we have strong relationships with our existing customers. This will involve calling and liaising with our customers, quoting and signing deals and some elements of problem solving with our internal support teams.

Duties



Manage and develop a portfolio of RMI customer accounts through regular phone and email contact. Provide timely and accurate quotations, pricing information, and product recommendations. Build strong, long-term relationships with installers, contractors, and distributors. Respond to customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Airflow's product range. Maintain and update customer records, pipelines, and activity logs within the CRM system. Process sales orders and ensure customers receive accurate delivery and product information. Support the RMI field sales team with preparation of reports, proposals, and market insights. Develop a strong understanding of Airflow's ventilation systems and product applications. Provide technical advice to customers (training will be provided). Assist with product demonstrations and online training sessions where required. Identify new business opportunities within the RMI market segment.

Key Competencies & Requirements



Basic analysis skills to interpret data and market information effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-focused approach and a confident, professional telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical product details. Competent with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM systems. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory

Desirable



Interest in the construction, HVAC, or building services sector. Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience (including placements/part-time roles).

Summary of benefits



Salary between 28-30k pa dependant on experience. Salary to be increase to 33k following successful completion of probation period. 25 days annual leave plus (bank holidays) 1 day holiday for birthday KPI Bonus Company Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Company laptop, phone & printer (if required)
