Role Summary
The IT Account Manager will be responsible for delivering against the sales plan for Redsquid's Aberdeen Region. This includes managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts, generating new business opportunities, and converting leads into profitable wins.

Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and reporting to ensure targets are met.
Developing and executing account growth strategies, including upsell opportunities and contact plans.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and refine propositions.
Leading client engagements and campaigns to secure new business.
Designing and pricing IT and communications solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Ensuring proposals meet client needs and are commercially viable.
Presenting Redsquid's technology roadmap and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets as agreed with the Sales Director.
Manage and grow revenue from a named account base.
Drive lead generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify upgrade and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct regular client review meetings.
Ensure accounts receivable are up to date.
Represent Redsquid at client meetings and industry events.
Contribute to proposition development and event planning.
Use sales tools and methodologies as directed by the Sales Director.
Solution Development:
Work with internal teams to price and resource solutions effectively.
Attend client meetings to gather technical and business requirements.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight business benefits and ROI.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute account nurturing strategies to promote Redsquid's full portfolio and build long-term client relationships.

Experience Required
Essential:
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in IT or telecoms.
Experience presenting business cases and ROI for technical solutions.
Ability to tailor approach based on client type and industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
