Job Description

We are looking for a

Graduate/Junior Technical Support Engineer

to join our Customer Success Team, where you'll provide

technical assistance

to our customers. This is an entry-level role, so you don't need prior experience--just a strong desire to learn, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

You'll gain an in-depth understanding of our platform and how customers use it, helping to identify, investigate, and resolve any technical challenges they face. You'll also work closely with

our product, engineering, and customer success teams

to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and with great care.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Problem Solving



Respond to customer queries via our Support Portal (Zendesk), investigating technical issues and finding solutions.

Think critically and troubleshoot problems--even when the answer isn't immediately obvious.

Keep customers informed on progress and resolutions in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure

ssues are handled efficiently.

Technical Troubleshooting & Investigation



Follow a structured approach to diagnose issues, identifying patterns and root causes.

Document step-by-step solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users in an easy-to-understand way.

Learn about APIs, integrations, and system configurations to assist customers effectively.

Continuous Learning & Collaboration



Work closely with other departments, including development, delivery and the wider customer success team to resolve technical issues.

Learn about Pimberly's platform

Take initiative in developing technical knowledge and best practices.

Provide feedback on customer challenges to help improve our product and processes.
