About Fundin

At Fundin, we're on a mission to reshape how mission-driven organisations secure funding. Our platform combines AI-powered bid writing with human insight to help charities and nonprofits access more grants, more easily. But we know that tech is only as smart as the people behind it, and that's where you might come in.

We're a small, fast-growing startup with a big vision: to build a fairer, easier funding ecosystem. As an early team member, you'll be joining us at an exciting time, helping shape our systems, tools, and culture as we grow.

The role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Grant Coordinator to help us keep our grant listings accurate, up-to-date, and valuable for our users. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in the charity, admin or social impact space who's excited by the behind-the-scenes work that makes systems tick. You'll be responsible for uploading, tagging, and maintaining grant opportunities in our platform, making sure users can discover the best-fit funders for their cause. You'll also support our fundraising and admin teams with basic coordination tasks and project tracking.

This is a rare chance to get hands-on experience inside an early-stage startup that's working at the intersection of tech, fundraising, and social impact. You'll work closely with a small, experienced team, learning how platforms like ours are built and scaled.

Responsibilities

Core (day-to-day):

Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from trusted sources Upload and format grant listings on our platform (title, deadline, criteria etc.) Tag and categorise listings based on sector, geography, size and theme Monitor and update grant statuses (e.g. expired, reopened, deadline extended) Keep internal records and trackers tidy and up to date
With room to grow into:

Help create short summaries or descriptions of grant schemes Contribute to improving our internal grant upload process Explore opportunities in grant writing, account management, or other areas of startup life, we'll support you in growing your career wherever your interests take you

What we're looking for

We don't expect you to have experience in the charity or funding sector already. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic and attention to detail.

You might be a great fit if you:

Love systems, lists, and keeping things organised Are confident using Google Sheets, basic databases or CRMs Can spot a typo or broken link a mile off Enjoy working independently but are happy asking questions when unsure Care about social impact, and want to build experience in the sector

What we offer full-time employees:

30 days annual leave plus bank holidays Latest Apple tech Access to subsidised private medical care Dedicated personal development budget to support your growth - can be used for training, courses, or conferences We offer hybrid working and trust our team to manage their time in a way that balances life and impact You'll have the autonomy and freedom to shape your work, make decisions, and own projects, while knowing the team has your back when you need it. You'll be joining the founder, marketing manager, fundraising consultant, admin manager, senior software engineer, and technical lead A mission you can believe in. Every day, you'll help mission-driven organisations secure the funding they need to do important work in their communities Expect regular check-ins, open communication, and a culture that values wellbeing just as much as performance

How to apply

Send us a CV to and a few lines about why this role interests you and why you think you'd be a good fit, no need for a formal cover letter.
