What you'll be doing
Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, beneficiaries, and other external parties, providing effective support and guidance
Logging new grant applications on the grants management system, carrying out initial eligibility checks, and inputting supplementary information
Providing administrative support for the post-grant award process, including scheduling grant payments and communicating outcomes to beneficiaries
Leading on the administration of multi-year payments for grants made on the
Trust's previous grants management system, including processing and sending cheques, updating payment records and reporting to finance colleagues
Ensuring that records are managed and retained in accordance with Trust and Group policies

What you'll need to have
Proven administrative and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Good attention to detail and the ability to undertake repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Good working knowledge of database management and IT systems, ideally grants management systems
Effective relationship management experience
