Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Design Assistant / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the creative industry and hands-on experience in both print and digital design. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content--including video and photography--as well as executing a range of design projects such as brochures, product information sheets, and other marketing collateral.

Key Skills & Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.

- Experience in creating visual assets across multiple platforms (social media, web, and print).

- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials.

- Awareness of current design trends and best practices. Video Production

- Experience with video shooting and editing.

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).

- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimisation for various platforms.

- Ability to produce engaging video content for marketing and promotional use. Photography

- Skilled in photography, including composition and lighting techniques. - Experience using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

- Capable of capturing high-quality images for use in marketing materials

Marketing Fundamentals

- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

- Ability to contribute creatively to marketing campaigns.

- Knowledge of social media marketing practices.

Experience in content creation and management. Software & Tools

Pay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per year
