Reports to: Marketing Director

Location: Hybrid (2-3 office days per week)

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role




We're looking for a visual creative powerhouse who can design stunning graphics and produce engaging video content. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes design but also knows how to make motion work for digital platforms. You'll create assets that elevate our brand across campaigns, social media, and events - bringing ideas to life through both static and dynamic visuals.

Key Responsibilities



Graphic Design:



Design high-quality assets for social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and infographics. Develop brand-consistent templates for repeat use.

Video Production:



Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media, campaigns, and testimonials. Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling.

Brand Stewardship:



Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual outputs.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.

Skills & Experience



Core Skills:



Exceptional graphic design ability with a strong portfolio. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Understanding of video editing and motion graphics for digital platforms.

Experience:



4+ years in a design-focused role (agency or in-house). Proven experience producing short-form video content. B2B marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications:



Degree in Graphic Design, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience). Portfolio showcasing both design and video work required.
