Now they're building their own brand and marketing presence from the ground up whilst juggling a healthy client-base, and are hiring a Graphic Designer with marketing and social media experience to define their look, grow their online voice, and drive user and client engagement across all channels.
The Role
You'll be their go-to creative, responsible for everything from website/app/plugin UI graphics and brand materials to Instagram content and marketing campaigns. You'll work alongside their UI/UX Designer, Development Team, Product team, and the wider parent company's marketing strategy to bring their brands and products to life across visual and social touchpoints. This is a hybrid role: part visual design, part digital marketing execution.
What You'll Do
Design visual assets for websites, apps, emails, plugins, and documentation.
Create scroll-stopping content for social media (Reels, carousels, story highlights, etc.).
Help shape and maintain cohesive brand identities across all mediums and channels.
Collaborate with developers and other designers in various relevant projects.
Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and platforms.
Work with marketing leads to design ad creatives, blog graphics, landing pages, etc.
Track engagement and iterate content strategy based on performance.
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in graphic design and content marketing.
Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Experience designing for social media, especially in fashion, tech, or e-commerce.
Adept developing brand guidelines, content calendars, and campaign plans.
Able to deliver quality work quickly and independently.
Good taste and intuition for what engages visually online.
Knowledge of influencer marketing, digital ads, or email campaign tools.
Nice-to-Haves
Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
Experience with e-commerce, especially Shopify or WooCommerce brands.
Understanding of basic SEO, hashtags, and algorithm-aware content planning.
Copywriting or caption-writing ability is a big plus.
