- Marketing Assistant/Junior Graphic Designer - Full time based in Chepstow.
The company continues to thrive and expand with further plans for 2026 and beyond. Due to this expansion, we are currently looking for an additional Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer to join our friendly and supportive team in Chepstow. They will play a key part in the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, including print, e-mail and digital as well as keeping databases and websites up to date. We are looking for a passionate, creative, hardworking and fun individual to join our small but very busy team.
What will you be doing:
Working within a small marketing team where you will aid in all aspects of our campaigns including keeping data and website updated.
Designing content for print marketing such as window posters, event point of sale.
Designing content for digital media and e-mail marketing.
Adding content to the website in readiness for activity.
You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment where speed and accuracy is the key to getting campaigns to market.
What skills you will need:
A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign and Photoshop experience are a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Reliable and confident with a perfectionist streak - accuracy is non-negotiable.
Able to work to very tight deadlines with excellent organisational skills and be able to constantly re-prioritise in line with business needs.
Able to produce accurate work in a busy environment.
Be able to use your own initiative and bring creative ideas to the table.
Good knowledge/use of grammar and spelling as some copy writing will be needed.
What skills would be an advantage:
Being interested in travel.
Work experience in both print and digital delivery and design
Basic HTML skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
Creative copy writing skills and able to proof read
