About the role - DFYNE Your Career

First off, it's best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here). It's not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it's important for this one in particular. I'm Oscar, the Founder/CEO here at DFYNE, I'm looking for someone who will work closely with a diverse team of passionate, driven individuals from various departments including creative, campaign and customer care to deliver stand out content. You will be instrumental in cultivating highly engaging online content and delivering relevant, meaningful digital and print designs that connect with our community.

To be part of the creative team, you must be a driven individual that is adaptable, welcomes a challenge and is above all a team player. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team that merges creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking. You'll have an eye for what looks great but deliver even better results.

Clear communication and proactive collaboration will be essential to ensure that design projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

A clear understanding and drive for defining WHY we're creating something

You are digitally driven designer but still have a love and the ability to craft print and physical branding

A natural storyteller, who can use 2D, to translate design ideas into motion

A natural brand champion, who can develop and flawlessly uphold brand guidelines

The ability to collaborate seamlessly with campaign managers, photographers and the wider marketing team, to ensure alignment on all projects

Experience Needed:

Absolutely none. We don't hire only on experience.

Skills:

Stand out conceptual thinker

Finger on the pulse of the latest techniques

Ability & willingness to learn

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly PS, AE, ID, Pr)

Video editing, graphic animation, and an understanding of colour grading

An understanding of colour space and file management

3D design and animation is a bonus
