We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our UKIMEA (UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa) communications team as a Graphics & Communications Intern. During the 13 month communications placement you will be reporting to the Head of Communications for UKIMEA at Hewlett Packard Enterprise based in the UK and will work closely with other members in the team.

Key tasks will be to drive digital and written communications assets. You will be exposed to a demanding role, which offers a valuable insight into the communications profession as a whole in a broad international team Start Date: July 2024 What you\'ll do:

  • End to end production of internal videos
  • Experience in the use of various Adobe software to create clear and branded communications
  • Creation of a company magazine, posters, slide decks and newsletters to promote events projects, company strategy and initiatives to a wide audience of employees
  • An opportunity to develop both professional and technical skills
  • Exposure to senior leadership and collaboration widely across the organisation
  • Reviewing, editing and creating various communications content
  • Maintaining fresh and accurate content for two key intranet sites
  • Learning to become brand-savvy
This is a fantastic opportunity for an intern student to take accountability and prove themselves as strong team member and individual. The technology:
  • Experience or knowledge of video production and/ the use of Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year\'s industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
  • Placement applicants should ideally come from degree courses focused on communications/business/graphic design/film production preferred.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2024 for 13 months.
