Job Title: Grassroots Partnership Programme Football Coach - Next Level Football Academy (Zero Hour Contract)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Football Coach with either UEFA C or Level 2 qualifications to join the Next Level Football Academy. This role is on a zero-hour contract with the potential to progress to part-time or full-time positions as the business expands.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and build the Next Level Football Academy 'Grassroot Partnership Programme'. Working with current and finding new clubs to partner with on a monthly basis. Aiming to be working with 20 teams across the month. Assist with 1-2-1 coaching sessions and Group Development Sessions training sessions with precision and excellence. Deliver football sessions of the highest quality, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Utilize expertise to enhance the performance of players at various skill levels.
Requirements:

UEFA C or Level 2 coaching qualifications. Proven experience as a football coach, preferably with a track record of working with diverse age groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for developing players and promoting a positive learning environment. Able to travel to Goals Sheffield.
Additional Information:

All administrative tasks will be handled, allowing coaches to focus solely on delivering top-notch sessions. Sessions are on Mondays, Thursday & Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, with the possibility of extended hours during the holidays. Opportunities for progression to part-time and full-time roles within the next 6 months as the academy grows.
