About this Role:




Based within the Client Accounts Team of our Accounts Department, this role is to manage the full Ground Rent processes and controls for multiple properties under management across 3 brands. You will be working as Fexco Property Services employee based in our Head Office in Salisbury.

Some Responsibilities you'll own:



Process all Ground Rent Demands in line with the Property Leases within the 30 - 60 day timelines across the brands. Ensure customer billing queries are dealt with to the company deadlines to the highest standards. Ground Reconciliations Monthly and Quarterly on different software systems and aligning with bank balances. Making Payments to Freeholders and Developers for Ground Rent Collections. Managing and Processing Onboarding and Offboarding of Ground Rents. Liaising with Internal Legal Team in regards of Ground Rent. Completing Lease Extension Solicitors Queries on Ground Rent and Adjustments on the software Dealing with Ground Rent Reviews and Adjustments on Charges organising Payments and Refunds as requested and the relevant system inputs. Review and maintain system data quality checks, ensuring accounting system controls are in place to reconcile correctly, timely and accurately. Manage relationship with Freeholders and Developers. Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Experience required:



Previous Ground Rent experience with Qube Owner Statements. Experience of high-volume data management, transactions and controls therein. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident and assured telephone manner. Highly analytical. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. An effective wider team player. Motivated and target driven. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Capable of working under pressure.

Desirable:



Bank Reconciliation experience.
