experienced Site Manager

based in the South-West to look after 2 projects in Devon and Dorset.

Key Responsibilities of the role;

Forward planning of activities and material requirements. Working in accordance with RAMS Confirm business plans and create work schedules Ensure business operations are executed safely, productively and to a high standard Provide reliable management information to the business Managing all personnel within the project, including the Site Management Maintaining client, and site team relationships, including consultants and contractors. Successfully managing projects, including finance, planning and client satisfaction

Essential Requirements for the role are;

Strong leadership, problem solving and organisational skills SMSTS or SSSTS Live locally or a travelable distance. Groundworks experience I.T. and math's Literate

The following additional skills would be very useful;

Enhanced I.T. skills First Aid Adaptability to new process, skills and systems Wider understanding of full building and construction sector
