About Us:

At Inverallan Grounds Maintenance Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services in the Central Belt of Scotland. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Trainee Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Learn to lead and supervise a small team of grounds maintenance workers. Coordinate various grounds maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and landscaping duties. Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all maintenance activities. Gain a strong understanding of grounds maintenance techniques and best practices. Assist in scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and managing workloads effectively. Learn to maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Passion for outdoor work and a willingness to learn new skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential.
