Job Description

We are a local established, successful and reputable construction and house builder. Due to our continued growth we are looking to hire a self employed General Labourer / Maintenance Person to assist our Ground Foreman working on a single estate along with our portfolio of investment properties, both commercial and residential.

Role:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Droxford and surrounding areas, you will play an integral role and be responsible for keeping sites clean, tidy and presentable. Being self motivated is a must!

The role is mainly working outdoors and will involve gardening, jet washing, window cleaning, cleaning of roofs, sills, leaf clearing and blowing along with keeping internal communal areas clean.

There will be some site maintenance work to include painting and small level up-keep works along with construction site labouring as required.

Requirements:

Gardening / landscaping experience a must Hard working individual with a positive can-do attitude Strong experience / skills with outdoor cleaning / site cleaning skills Experienced and not adverse to working outdoors as a high percentage of the position will be outdoor cleaning Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, must be self - motivated and able to work on own. Any window cleaning experience is an advantage Must be ok with working at heights Valid driver's license and own vehicle is required

Salary:

Full time, self employed - Must be registered with HMRC and have a Unique Taxpayer Reference

Starting from 13.00 per hour - Rate will be determined on experience and ability after short probationary period.

08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid for breaks per day)
